We are proud to share that Thames British School Warsaw, as one of two schools in Poland, is joining the Global Schools Program – an international educational initiative supported by the United Nations, aimed at promoting sustainable development among young people. At the same time, it is also a vibrant network of over 1300 schools worldwide.

Thanks to the efforts of our Global Perspectives and History Teacher and an official Global Schools Advocate, Ms Agnieszka Muc, PhD, Thames British School students will have an opportunity to participate in lessons, meetings, and debates linked to Sustainable Development Goals (including “Life on land”, “Quality education”, “Good health and well-being” or “Climate action”, etc.), but we would also be happy to see them actively involved in interdisciplinary projects that raise awareness on the importance of sustainability in their closest communities.
