The 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 outlined the 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐬, highlighting the breadth and 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 of the 𝐈𝐁 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 the depth and 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 of 𝐀 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐬.
